The main goal of the project was to create a completely new template that not only refreshed the company's image, but also improved the functionality and performance of the platform. Key objectives included:  

• A comprehensive redesign of the site - a new visual design and intuitive interface with an eye toward improving the user experience.  
• Expansion of functionality - rapid implementation of new solutions.
• Introduction of A/B testing, which allows for ongoing optimization and adjustment of the interface to users' expectations.
• Conducting audits, giving the ability to constantly monitor the operation and performance of the system.
• Improving SEO, which enables the site to improve its visibility in search engines and attract more organic traffic.
• Performance optimization - creating a scalable code architecture to enable dynamic development and rapid response to market needs.  
• Creating private apps that add new features to the store and make work easier for staff in physical stores.

The main challenge was to integrate an aesthetically pleasing, modern design with a solid technology base that allows easy expansion and modification of the system.

During the implementation of the new template, we used a number of modern technologies to build a powerful and flexible platform:  

• Shopify - as the foundation of the entire project, offering a stable and scalable eCommerce infrastructure.  
• Liquid - Shopify's template engine, allowing for dynamic content generation and full control over the presentation and functionality of the site.  
• TypeScript - used during development, ensures code security and quality, resulting in a more reliable system.  
• Next.js/PostgreSQL/tailwind - for developing private applications
• Tools for auditing, testing (including A/B testing) and SEO analysis - allowing ongoing monitoring of results, optimization of code and improvement of site visibility in search engines.

The project was implemented according to a precisely planned process with a strong emphasis on both development and design aspects:  

• Business and Technical Analysis - detailed analysis of the client's requirements, identification of the main areas for improvement, and setting goals for functionality and design.  
• UX/UI Design - designing a modern, aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interface, which was reflected in a full redesign of the platform.  
• Implementation and Integration - building a new template from scratch using Liquid and TypeScript. This work included integration of advanced features, technical audits and optimization mechanisms.  
• Audits and Testing - comprehensive testing of the platform's performance, including technical audits, functional testing and A/B testing, which allowed us to eliminate potential problems and verify the usability of the implemented solutions.
• Deployment and Maintenance - launch of the new platform committing full performance monitoring and continuous optimizations, enabling rapid response to market needs and changes.
